We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the friendly staff, clean room, and convenient shuttle service to transportation hubs. The hotel facilities were impressive with an indoor pool and onsen available. Parking was ample and the location of the hotel was easily accessible. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast provided.
Everything was spot on.

The hotel had great facilities which were well-maintained. The location was convenient with easy access to public transport. The free shuttle bus service offered hourly to nearby stations was a bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful despite the language barrier, they tried their best to make us feel welcome. The onsen was a highlight for me, the mineral baths and steam rooms were amazing after a long day of meetings.
The breakfast was average, but not the worst. The bathroom could be crowded at peak times with guests and the public using the facilities.

During my Easter stay, I loved the hotel's impressive amenities, including an indoor pool, onsen, and restaurants. the hotel's staff was friendly and accommodating, and they even provided rental swim suits for the pool. the location was great, with easy access to nearby transportation and breathtaking views of the beach.
The cramped and outdated room, which made it difficult to move around with two suitcases. the elevator doors didn't have a stopper, making it dangerous , as one guest's toe got hurt in the process.

The onsen was amazing with multiple saunas, steam rooms, and mineral baths. Clean hotel with good wifi and parking. Friendly staff and clean rooms with functional air conditioning. Free shuttle service to nearby stations.

the location was excellent, with numerous restaurants, convenience stores and breathtaking views of the sea within walking distance. the rooms were cozy and clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job every day. We enjoyed the hotel's hot spa facilities and the saunas, mineral and radium baths were a real treat. We appreciated the convenience of the free shuttle to the train station.
It was quite busy and challenging to find a spot in the onsen bathrooms during peak hours.
